Personal Touch

I found Abraham Verghase's Ted Talk very interesting. I didn't know how much human touch was so important in the medical field. I didn't know that we nowadays rely to heavily to the tech documented "patient" that they neglect the real person. I need to think about what the patient needs from me to do my best to help them stay alive.
